The front workplace personnel at the reception will help you throughout the admission procedure.
They will produce a Unique Identity Number (UID) for the patient, and all the medical records will be preserved and saved by the medical facility for all future references.
Those looking for the cashless path must check out the insurance coverage desk/ TPA desk for the patient’s hospitalization. The personnel will escort the patient to the designated room/bed, making you feel more comfortable.

Visitor Policy

For the convenience of all our patients, we request that you do not visit your patient during the check-out. Further, they should be limited to the pre-decided hospital’s visiting hours.
Please remember that visitors might be limited according to a patient’s medical condition and unique requirements.
At admission, you will be provided passes for visitors and attendants. In case of loss of the pass, you might contact the Concierge Desk situated in the medical facility’s primary entryway.
Kids under the age of 12 are not permitted on the patient floor. This is to secure kids from catching any infection.
Sanitize hands before and after checking out.
The use of mobile phones is restricted, where critical medical devices and patient tracking systems function.
