Guidelines for Admission

• The front workplace personnel at the reception will help you throughout the admission procedure.
• They will produce a Unique Identity Number (UID) for the patient, and all the medical records will be preserved and saved by the medical facility for all future references.
• Those looking for the cashless path would have to check out the insurance coverage desk/ TPA desk for the hospitalization of the patient. The personnel will escort the patient to the designated room/bed and make you feel more comfortable.

Visitor Policy

We value your friends and family, and we understand that they are a fundamental part of your recovery procedure. However, in order to maintain the sanctity of the hospital , there are some guidelines that one should keep in his/her mind while visiting our hospital-

• For the convenience of all our patients, we request you to not visit your patient throughout checking out hours Further, limit them to the pre decided hospital’s visiting hours.
• Please keep in mind that visitors might be limited according to a patient’s medical condition and/or unique requirements.
• At the time of admission, you will be provided passes for visitors and attendants. In case of loss of the pass, you might contact the Concierge Desk situated in the medical facility’s primary entryway.
• Kids under the age of 12 are not permitted on the patient floor. This is to secure kids from capturing any infection.
• Sanitize hands before and after checking out.
• The use of mobile phones is restricted, where important medical devices and patient tracking systems function.
